What counts as a daily limit?
Each full itinerary generation counts as 1 use. Regenerating a single day or adding a place does not count.
Does the free limit reset every day?
Yes, your 3 free itineraries reset every day.
What's the difference between Pro monthly and the early adopter deal?
Pro monthly is €3.99/month billed every month — cancel anytime. The early adopter deal is a one-time €19.99 payment for Pro access for as long as Plannit operates, with no future charges.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, anytime: open your account menu and choose "Manage subscription". You keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked — email info@plannit.site.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your payment is processed securely — we never store card details.
